This is actually almost 10% discount for purchase of goods in the shop and 10% increase in the prices of items sold in stores.

Also “Veteran Artifact” slightly increases all parameters of the character. The item is in the appropriate slot i.e. the character is wearing it. All the characters created on your account will receive the item.
