	<description><![CDATA[<h3 class="MsoNormal">Software</h3><ol><li><span lang="EN-GB">Implemented the support for old video cards. Now the game can be launched with video cards that require shaders 2.0 and higher. Currently, the performance depends on the processor that is why the higher the processor speed is the higher is the FPS. To ensure the game launches with the system that requires low shaders 2.0 make sure the game settings &ldquo;Material Quality&rdquo; is set to &ldquo;Low&rdquo;.</span></li><li><span lang="EN-GB">New variants of light adjustment are available. They can be found in the game launcher and Settings window in the game. When using the optimized pixel light the quality will be on the highest level, but the performance will be low (one cannot use this setting on video cards that don&rsquo;t support shaders 3.0); static light- the lightest but the quality will be the lowest; two other variants are intermediate and can be used on any system.</span></li><li><span lang="EN-GB">Implemented weapon and armor modification. Now it is possible to improve weapon and armor with some chance with the help of boosters. With the successful weapon improvement its damage is raised. With the successful armor improvement the protection of the corresponding part of the armor is improved. When the modification was unsuccessful the loss of strength up to 10% of the current item&rsquo;s strength is possible (with the normal chance); or the loss of maximum item&rsquo;s strength up to 10% (the lesser chance); or loss of 1 level of modification (the least chance).</span></li><li><span lang="EN-GB">The world will have &ldquo;advanced&rdquo; NPC. Rarely, after the NPC killing at the same place its advanced clone will appear (of the second generation), killing him will give you more valuable reward. In very rare cases on the same place the very advanced NPC (of the third generation) can appear. The loot from killing him can make the lucky one very rich.</span></li><li><span lang="EN-GB">The settings of the windows from user&rsquo;s interface are preserved now. You won&rsquo;t have to minimize or move the chat window, toolbar and some other windows each time you enter the game.</span></li><li><span lang="EN-GB">Some small fixes.</span></li></ol><h3 class="MsoNormal">Gameplay</h3><ol><li><span lang="EN-GB">Elite goods shop is now supplied with the repair kit &ndash; the item that restores the maximum strength of the item.</span></li><li><span lang="EN-GB">Added the boosters that can modify weapon and armor. The booster can be got by killing any NPC and they are not available in ordinary shops. Super-boosters possess the higher chance on successful modification and are available only in elite goods shop.</span></li><li><span lang="EN-GB">Added new skills that can restore energy at the expense of psi-energy, and psi-energy at the expense of energy.</span></li><li><span lang="EN-GB">Added NPC for the solo players of 30-35 levels in the new location - South Torgarial.</span></li><li><span lang="EN-GB">Added new location - Сinitryn Сanyon - for the levels range 20-25. It is situated under the Arkon spaceport. The missions for this location will be in one of the next updates.</span></li><li><span lang="EN-GB">Added missions&rsquo; chain for Neovitals. The final reward for which will be the item similar in qualities with Implanters&rsquo; &ldquo;Nanoscripter Soshu&rdquo;.</span></li><li><span lang="EN-GB">Added new class skills available after the 12th level.</span></li><li><span lang="EN-GB">Implemented the &ldquo;debuff&rdquo; after the character&rsquo;s death. 	<description><![CDATA[<p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Arkonians!</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal">We are extremely grateful to all of you for your devotion and assistance in project development! We estimate your efforts and are happy to inform you one more piece of good news.</p><p class="MsoNormal">Tomorrow is a special day for all of us &ndash; just in a few hours the first stage of the Open Beta-Testing will be over and the project comes up to the next level of its development &ndash; the <strong>OBT-2</strong>!</p><p class="MsoNormal">Looking back, it&rsquo;s gratifying to know that our cooperative efforts were not in vain. So much is done and a great deal &ndash; due to the faithful army of beta-testers.</p><p class="MsoNormal">During the Open Testing the following ideas were put into life:</p><ul><li>Creation of the Syndicates</li><li>Organization of combat groups</li><li>Territory capture</li><li>Series of interesting missions and many other things.</li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="RU">Also many large and small bags, which bother players and developers as well, were fixed.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal">As you can see, in spite of many problems in the project&rsquo;s beginning we managed to deal with them and &ldquo;patch up the holes&rdquo; regularly.</p><p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="RU">Let us&nbsp;assure you that Syndicates of Arkon will necessarily be the same as were intended and will successfully represent the native game industry in the MMORPG world arena.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal">At present, the primary efforts will be dedicated to the final adjustments of the previously created functional, performance optimization, the analysis of players&rsquo; feedback and work with community in general. The animations will be displayed with the same frequency as it was earlier. </li><li>Some other small fixes.</li></ol><h3>Gameplay</h3><ol><li>We continue to implement the new economical model. Now when the sum of the purses increased we present the normal profit rates. Also at this stage new prices on armor are implemented. Probably, the prices will be reconsidered after the items modification mechanism will be implemented.&nbsp;Implementation of new economical model is not yet completed, that is why the prices on some goods are old. We don&rsquo;t recommend you a hedge buying as the price can decrease and you may lose large sums of EVA.</li><li>The consequences of ksylenium hunger will be more tangible &ndash; without ksylenium the character will experience the basic parameters decrease on 20% (earlier-10%). However, the price on ksylenium will be more pleasing than it was earlier. 	<description><![CDATA[<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12px; font-weight: bold;">Software part</span></p><ol><li>Now the markers of all types are displayed on the map (for the missions where the mission tracking progress is switched on): NPC, NPC locations, objects of interest.</li><li>Processed completely the algorithm of character&rsquo;s movement &ndash; now the movement of characters will be smoother. Within the framework of this task the problem of character&rsquo;s movement with different speed under the same game conditions was fixed.</li><li>Some other small fixes.</li></ol><h3>Gameplay</h3><ol><li>Starting with this version the new economical model will be gradually implemented into the game. At the first stage of this implementation the loot from NPC is adjusted. There shouldn&rsquo;t be situations where the character earns less then on the previous level &ndash; the earnings would gradually grow with the level rise.</li><li>The analysis of complexity of combat with NPC was made. 	<description><![CDATA[<h3>Software part</h3><ol><li>In the first approximation (a number of opportunities will appear in the next version) the location maps display with dynamic markers (called by the button on the radar) is implemented. It is possible to display a location map and its sub-locations. The contents of the map window can be moved by clicking and holding the left mouse button.</li><li><span style="mso-ansi-language: EN-GB;">With the markers on the map the following types of NPC are displayed: Traders (armor, weapons, ammunition, ksylenium, stimulants) Repairers, Warehouse Keepers and Syndicates Registrar</span><span style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US;" lang="EN-US">s</span><span style="mso-ansi-language: EN-GB;">.</span></li><li>If the mission is taken and mission tracking of its progress is switched on, then the following markers are displayed: NPC whom you can deliver the mission (it is shown in the case when the mission is accomplished, but not delivered), and also the location of the NPC with whom you need to talk to due to your current mission.</li><li>On the global map (not on the radar) the markers of NPC has tooltips with useful additional information (in particular on the missions, which involve NPC).</li><li>Implemented a window display of collections. In coming future a number of indicators will be increased, and statistics&rsquo; functionality will be also broadened.<br />In this way now you can easily follow those, who are in a list of the most dangerous players and syndicates, and what race they represent.
