	<description><![CDATA[<h3><strong>March - Version 0.6.0. Syndicates. </strong></h3><p>Syndicates will allow players to create their own groups within faction.  Players will be able to use syndicate chat, warehouse, bank account, etc.</p><h3><strong>April - Version 0.7.0. Territory capture.</strong></h3><p>Implanters and  neovitals will face up to the necessity of territory capture to control the  maximum area of the game universe. The main reason for this will be bonuses  they get from the territories: from the automatic defense perimeter-controlled  zone, to a quite tangible bonuses from the special objects that have fallen  under the faction&rsquo;s control.</p><h3 class="MsoNormal">April - Version 0.7.5. World Map.</h3><p>World map, finally, will help comfortably navigate the world  of Arkon. 	<description><![CDATA[<h3>Software Component</h3><ol><li>Implemented Combat Party mode</li></ol><ul><li>There cannot be more than 6 members in a party</li><li>If the party is full, all the combatants will get 50% more  experience.</li><li>In Combat Party mode the condition of all members can be  seen. The experience gain when NPC killing is allocated equally between all  members of the group.</li><li>The loot gathered in Combat Party mode is divided at random  between all members not depending on who tried to take it first (later we&rsquo;ll  make different modes of the loot sharing).</li><li>Implement a target binding and loot binding. Now those who  attack first will have bonuses (experience, loot, progress in a mission) from  NPC killing. Binding common NPC lasts 1 minute since the last strike, and the  bosses binding lasts 5 minutes.</li><li>Fixed several minor bugs.</li></ul><h3>Gameplay</h3><ol><li>Added stun effects to the tank and scout classes&rsquo; skills. </li><li>Complex Arciss in now available to players of level 20 and  higher. Neovitals can get to the Complex Arciss using the teleport, which is  next to it. 	<description><![CDATA[<p>I&rsquo;ll try to make the mechanism of price change on ksylenium  clear.</p><p>In the real world price of certain product type depends on various indicators  but demand and supply in our opinion are the main. I.e. if there is a product  and there are those who are ready to buy it than product price will depend on  demand and supply for it and on the quantity of products sellers have.</p><p>As a result the following situations are possible:</p><ol><li><p>Product is in surplus  supply while there is a lack of demand &ndash; sellers reduce the price trying to  rise demand (to liquidate demand deficit).</p></li><li><p>Product quantity and demand for it are in balance &ndash; system  is in equilibrium and there are no reasons to reduce or to raise the price.</p></li><li><p>There is a lack of the product while there are buyers as  plenty as blackberries &ndash; here is very important to raise the price of the  product in order to diminish the excess demand but at the same time to increase  the profit.</p></li></ol><p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p><p>That is concerning why it was desired to make prices dynamic  changeable.</p><p>And now a few words about how it works. Actually, it is  approximately like it theory - i.e. the less ksylenium is in storage the higher  is the price of ksylenium but at the same time the higher is the purchasing  price of ksylenium<span>&nbsp; </span>dust (supplementing  resource of storage). And vice-versa, the more ksylenium is in storage the less  is its price and the less is selling price of ksylenium dust.</p><p>In this way the system was implemented before 0.4.1 version  and in 0.4.1 everything is implemented by analogy. Where is the difference? The  difference is in law of price change. Previously it was more realistic (i.e.  non-linear). But owing to particularity of the game the law of change like this  one turned out to be rather difficult balanced and that&rsquo;s why we had to choose  rather simplified version videlicet linear law of price change. Now to run the  system to extremity is not so worth-while for gamer that&rsquo;s why we expect more  stability of situation with ksylenium price.</p><p>To put in simpler words, there will be no possibility to  gain millions during the short period of time but at the same time it will be  possible to speculate on ksylenium price.</p><p>Hope, it became clearer now. :)<span style="font-family: Wingdings;"></span></p>]]></description>

	<description><![CDATA[<h3>Software Component</h3><ol><li>Implemented damage effects display on each character&rsquo;s hit. </li><li>Implemented timeout when using the means of restoring health  (cans), psychic energy, etc. </li><li>The target&rsquo;s death animation is now performed after the  target receives a fatal blow, but not at the moment of impact (as it was  before).</li><li>Fixed the errors occurred in rare cases, when the system  updates, not allowing to perform an upgrade from the first time.</li><li>Application of regenerative impulse (stimulants, treatments,  etc.) in the process of auto-attack will not interrupt the state of attack and won&rsquo;t  cause other side effects. </li><li>The slider bar movement when applying special skills (collecting  loot, etc.) has become smoother. </li><li>Fixed several minor bugs.</li></ol><h3>&nbsp;Gameplay</h3><ol><li>&nbsp;Changed the mechanism of price calculation on ksylenium and  ksylenium dust (the price changing range will probably be corrected).</li><li>Substantially increased the sale price of the minor items in  NPC stores, as well as the chance of receiving them as a drop from NPC of all  levels.</li><li>Avalanche bosses can now  drop items of IV (purple) and V (red) series.</li><li>Implemented dozens of googlix-missions which are obtained  through the use of special devices &ndash; googlixes. Googlix - missions are terminated on completion automatically, and the reward  for them is given instantly. </li><li>Introduced the first sets of collectible items that can be -  what do you think? - collected! 	<description><![CDATA[Genothrone's spokesman's service claimed that last week their  security officers successfully completed the operation, aimed to cut the  armored implants channel to Technopride territory.<br /><br />Smuggling was done by Crave, a habitual criminal, who is  testifying in Avalanche custody at the moment.<br /><br />This criminal scheme also included a corrupt Genothrone  employee, one of Magnore salesmen caste, Far Dorres. He used his position to  smuggle the implants through robotic cordons to Arciss, where they were  distributed among extremist groups of Technopride. The criminal was shot in  attempt of arrest.<br /><br />By non-official information, the trace of these implants  leads to Techno Palm group, which is gaining power recently. However, its  members deny taking part in the smuggle.]]></description>
